Volunteers Needed for AMS Focus Groups
The AMS is in the midst of an organizational review on systemic discrimination, and you’re invited to help.
Focus groups will help shape diversity policy at the AMS. Participants will discuss review findings and survey results and help identify new policy and program directions.
Meeting times are as follows:
1. April 9, 2010: 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
2. April 15, 2010: 3:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
3. April 16, 2010: 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Focus groups are open to all AMS members, but pre-registration is required. Email Matt Thomson: mthomson@sparc.bc.ca
Meetings will be held on campus, locations TBA. If you have any special requirements, such as accessibility concerns or childcare needs, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you. Food provided!
These workshops are hosted by the Social Planning and Research Council of BC (SPARC BC).
