Farm Fresh Food

In keeping with our commitment to sustainability, we try to purchase local seasonal produce. We work with an organic food broker to ensure that we are paying, and the farmers are receiving, the best price possible for fruits and vegetables.

On a smaller scale, we also support UBC’s own organic farm and are happy to provide menu choices based on seasonal availability and volume.

Philosophy

Our Conference Coordinators are committed to remaining flexible to new ideas, as well as your requests and needs, to enable each and every event to be special, enjoyable, and memorable. We provide outstanding value with the ideal balance: A cost-effective function with the highest standard of quality and service.
