Accessibility Group

The Accessibility Group is a group of students interested in improving the experience of UBC students with different abilities. It was created by the Disabilities Students Commissioner to

  1. Provide a safe space for all students and students with disabilities specifically to discuss the issues they face at UBC
  2. Identify areas where UBC can improve relating to accommodating students with disabilities
  3. Develop and plan projects and events to promote disability awareness on campus

The Accessibility Group is on hiatus for the summer. Please contact VP Academic Kiran Mahal (vpacademic@ams.ubc.ca) to find out more information on how to get involved.
