Financial Statements

According to the Society Act which governs the AMS, our Society is required to produce and publish annual Audited Financial Statements, as reviewed by a professional auditing body.

The statements are produced at the end of our fiscal year (May 1 to April 30,) and provide a “financial snapshot” of the AMS at year-end. Financial statements always refer to the fiscal year that ended as of the date the statements were produced, for example, the 2009 statements refer to the 2008-09 fiscal year.

Our auditors are currently D&H Group, and have been approved as the Society’s auditors at the 2007 AMS Annual General Meeting. Every year at our AGM we approve the auditors and their report, and have chosen D&H Group since 1995.
