Budget Submission

All AMS clubs and constituencies must submit a budget to the Finance Commission at the beginning of every fiscal year (The 2013 fiscal year is from May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014).

Budget templates will be sent out to clubs in early May, 2013. Budgets will be due on June 30, 2013.

Please note: if you do not meet the June 30th, 2013 deadline, your club will be subject to review by the Finance Commission and the Student Administrative Commission, and potentially frozen accounts or de-constitution.
