Living on a tight budget requires that you maximize the resources available to you. To aid in this we have created a select list of tips on nutrition, financial aid, and health plans. Health

AMS/GSS Healthplan
Contains information on AMS Health and Dental Plan and the new Fair PharmaCare program (drug coverage for those who need it most). To claim health benefits from the AMS plan you must be covered by the public health insurance provided by BC Medical Service Plan (MSP) or equivalent basic coverage. Joint program with the federal and provincial program. Check your eligibility and apply!

  • Greater Vancouver Food Bank
  • Sprouts (SUB basement)
    • Fridays from 11:30-1:30pm: Community Eats, a by-donation hot lunch if you bring your own Tupperware

    • Fridays: after 3pm, 50% everything
