Please use this form to opt-out of the following fees:

Resource Group Fee
Campus Culture and Performance Fee
Permanent Thrift Shop on Campus Fee
CiTR
Bike Kitchen

Any student who has been assessed AMS Fees as part of their tuition for this term is eligible to opt-out using this form. Please check your financial summary on Workday to see if you have been assessed AMS Fees this term before continuing! To avoid late fee assessments, please pay your fees in full and all opted-out fees will be returned a credit in your account.

Summer Term 1 and 2 Opt-out Period: May 12 – May 27

Summer Term 2 Only: July 2 – July 9

2025 Winter Session and Winter Term 1: Sept 2-23

2026 Winter Term 2 only: January 5-19
