The AMS Executive have worked to secure AMS non-student staff the discounted UBC faculty & staff rate for fitness membership at UBC facilities. AMS student staff are already eligible for the UBC student rate and need not apply through this form. You can read more about the UBC faculty & staff fitness membership here.

Part 1: Create UBC Recreation account

1. Visit portal.recreation.ubc.ca to create an account.

2. Login using your UBC CWL account:

3. After creating your account, go to “My Info” and locate your CO Number.

UBC Recreation Fitness Membership Form

The AMS Executive is working with UBC Recreation to secure AMS non-student staff the UBC Staff & Faculty rate for fitness memberships. To provide this discount, UBC needs your CO number, which will allow them to mark your UBC Recreation account as eligible for the staff rate. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing – form responses will be provided to UBC in batches to minimize administrative workload.
