KUS Wellness Week Sunset Yoga

✨Find a new indoor way to move your body and connect with other students while building your mental health skill toolbox!

This interactive yoga session will teach breathwork, run a group session, and will end off with smoothie bowls for the first 50 people to arrive. Open to all skill levels!

🗓️ Event details:

Date: Wednesday, November 26th

Time: The Nest, Atrium (Basement level)

What to expect: A short 10-15 minute presentation and practice of box breathing, followed by a beginner-friendly 45-minute yoga session.

Bring: movable clothes, water, and a yoga mat if possible (if you don’t have one, don’t worry, we have many to share!)
