Positions Available
- Group Tutors ($17.85/hour): Conduct group sessions for first- and second-year courses including:
- Biology (BIOL 111, 112, 121, 200, 201)
- Chemistry (CHEM 100, 111, 121, 123, 154, 205, 233)
- Computer Science (CPSC 103, 107, 110, 121)
- Economics (ECON 101, 102)
- Mathematics (MATH 100, 101, 110, 152, 200, 215, 220, 221)
- Psychology (PSYC 101, 102, 217, 218)
- Upper-level quantitative courses (e.g., BIOL 300, POLI 380, ECON 325/326)
- Appointment Tutors ($26.90/hour): Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions across various subjects and year levels, with flexible hours based on student demand.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled UBC student with a strong academic background (80%+ in the subject(s) you wish to tutor).
- Prior tutoring experience is an asset but not required.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping peers succeed.
