On December 5th, the UBC Board of Governors is voting on tuition increase: 5% for new international students, 2% for continuing international students, and 2% for domestic students. Those 21 people in that room have the fate of >70,000 students in their hands: to make this school more elitist and inaccessible, or to turn the tides of the corporatization of this university and listen to student needs.
Join us in calling on the UBC Board of Governors to vote NO on tuition increase for all students on Dec 5th.
