I’m Going to Be Late!

Doors will open at 5:30PM, but we encourage you to start lining up at 5:00PM if you want to get a seat. Due to overwhelming interest in this event, there will be more attendees than seats available.

I Have Multiple Tickets Under My Name!

Each ticket has its own unique, individual QR code. If you have multiple tickets under your name, prepare to scan ALL QR codes for each ticket. To expedite entry, please download the Bounce app or log into Bounce via the web browser on your device.

Which 2 IDs Can I Show to Enter the Pit?

To check if your primary and secondary IDs will allow your entry into The Pit, check the Government of BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch website. Government-issued IDs must be the original copy – digital IDs and photocopies are not accepted forms of ID.

Reasons You May Be Denied Entry From the Pit

You may be denied entry from the Pit for the following reasons:

  • Appearing intoxicated
  • Failure to present 2 pieces of ID along with event ticket

Can I Bring My Own Snacks?

Outside food is allowed! Feel free to bring your own snacks. Outside DRINKS are not allowed.

Can I Bring My Coat and/or Bag(s)?

Yes, you can bring your coat and/or bag(s) into the Pit for this event. Please note that AMS Events is not responsible for missing or stolen items.

Using AMS Safewalk After the Event

If you feel unsafe walking alone on campus after dark, Safewalk can accompany you to your destination. Call 604-822-5355 or go to the Safewalk office at NEST 1314. Safewalk hours are 8PM to 2AM.

Please keep in mind that Safewalk drivers have the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot clearly consent to receiving a ride/walk accompaniment or cannot care for themselves due to intoxication. For a full guide of how to use AMS Safewalk, visit their website here.
