Each ticket has its own unique, individual QR code. If you have multiple tickets under your name, prepare to scan ALL QR codes for each ticket. To expedite entry, please download the Bounce app or log into Bounce via the web browser on your device.
All UBC Tier ticket holders are required to present a valid UBC card for entry. Please have your valid UBC card ready to present BEFORE you arrive to the front of the entry line. If you don’t have your physical UBC card, please present your digital UBC card by logging into your CWL at this link: https://services.ubccard.ubc.ca/
To check if your primary and secondary IDs will allow your entry into The Pit, check the Government of BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch website. Government-issued IDs must be the original copy – digital IDs and photocopies are not accepted forms of ID.
You may be denied entry from the Pit for the following reasons:
Costumes are highly encouraged (but not mandatory) at Halo & Hellfire Masquerade!
Remember that a COSTUME IS NOT CONSENT. Please be respectful of staff and your fellow guests.
If you are feeling unsafe getting back from the Pit, AMS Safewalkers are here for you from 8PM to 2AM every night. Call 604-822-5355 or go to the Safewalk office at NEST 1314.
Please keep in mind that Safewalk drivers have the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot clearly consent to receiving a ride/walk accompaniment or cannot care for themselves due to intoxication. For a full guide of how to use AMS Safewalk, visit their website here.
