Clubs Days

Explore over 350 AMS Clubs and find the right one(s) for you!

Clubs’ Days is your chance to explore all AMS clubs we have on campus and sign-up for the ones you like! It’s a great way to find a club that matches your interests, and all booths are manned by representatives of each club, so you’ll have the chance to actually chat to club members and learn what it’s like to be involved firsthand. This year, Clubs’ Days will be a hybrid event, happening in-person at the Nest and virtually on AMS CampusBase during the third week of September. See below for more details—we can’t wait to connect with you all there!

When is Clubs Days?

Clubs’ Days will be taking place between September 21st – 24th, 2021, and will be a hybrid event with in-person boothing from September 21st-24th and virtual boothing on September 22nd & 23rd. Specifically:

In-Person Booths

  • Clubs will set up booths all around the Nest’s Lower Atrium and first floor from 11:00am-3:00pm PDT, and you can follow the arrows of flow and walk through the entire exhibition! Each club will have a table to show off their club’s upcoming activities and past events, and you will have a chance to sign up for memberships at their booth or leave your contact information if you’re interested. It’s the most direct way to get to know clubs & their executives!

Virtual Fair

  • An asynchronous virtual fair hosted on AMS CampusBase on September 22nd and 23rd from 7-10pm PDT. Here, you will be able to browse a directory of our 350+ AMS Clubs, identify shared interests and engage with club executives and members of your choice through booths containing information about all participating clubs.

How to get involved?

If you are a club or student organization trying to booth at Clubs’ Days, you can apply for a booth here

To visit in-person booths at the nest, come by the Lower Atrium Entrance by the Nest between 11:00AM – 3:00PM on Sept 21th – 24th 2021 to see the whole display of clubs!
