Clubs Days

Clubs Days

Explore over 350 AMS Clubs and find the right one(s) for you!

Clubs Days is your chance to check out all the clubs we have on campus and sign-up for the ones you like! It’s a great way to find a club that matches your interests, and all booths are manned by representatives of each club so you’ll have the chance to actually chat to club members and people who run the club. Despite Clubs Days being a virtual event this year, we tried our best to prepare something special that we think all students will enjoy! Make sure you come along from January 25th-29th, 2021, to find the club, or clubs, for you!

Log into AMS CampusBase with your CWL and find your club(s)!

When is Clubs Days?

Clubs Days will be taking place between January 25th-29th, 2021, and will be a multi-component event offering students many different opportunities to connect with club executives and members. The components will include:

Virtual Fair

  • An asynchronous virtual fair hosted on AMS CampusBase between January 25th and 29th. Here, you will be able to browse a directory of our 350+ AMS Clubs, identify shared interests and engage with club executives and members of your choice through booths containing information about all participating clubs.

Connect with Club Leaders

  • On Friday, January 29th from 2PM to 5PM PST connect with club leaders on AMS CampusBase through live video-conferencing links and chat features.

Club Expo Live Stream

  • Club expositions beginning at 5PM PST each day from Monday, January 25th to Thursday, January 28th. This will provide an opportunity where selected AMS Clubs will be able to show aspects of their programming through workshops, performances and activities in short 30min intervals. These expositions will be live-streamed on the AMS Events youtube channel and will be accessible to all AMS Members.
  • Check out the live stream on the AMS Events YouTube Channel

In-Person Location

  • The Clubs Resource Centre (located in the lower atrium of the AMS Nest) will be opening on January 18th, and will serve as an in-person location for interested students looking to learn more about how to get involved in AMS Clubs, how to access AMS CampusBase and any other AMS enquiries.
  • This space will also be available to club executives seeking assistance in setting up their booths or accessing AMS CampusBase.
