Bookings are only processed for approved AMS subsidiaries, this includes Constituencies (undergraduate societies), Clubs, and Resource Groups. External bookings for non-AMS subsidiaries may be requested through Nest Catering & Conferences. AMS room bookings are processed in advance (advance booking periods) or during the term (first-come, first-served). Booking requests submitted with less than two weeks notice may not be processed.
Prior to requesting a booking, review the available Space Directory and confirm that the space is not booked already by checking the Bookings Calendar:
First-come, first-served bookings open 9:00am January 26, 2026 and will close 9:00am March 23, 2026.

Thursday office hours have been cancelled for the remainder of Term 1 to ensure that Term 2 bookings can be processed in a timely manner.
