Small study rooms and booths can be booked by any currently enrolled UBC student through our self serve system. These spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Larger rooms and spaces are only available to be booked by approved AMS student groups including Undergrad Societies, Resource Groups and Clubs.
During the Summer Term, these bookings can be made by contacting the AMS Booking Representative via email bookings@ams.ubc.ca. In your email be sure to include:
During the Winter Terms bookings open during advance booking periods.
NOTE: Booking requests submitted with less than two weeks notice may not be processed.
Advance booking period requests are processed once the period closes and prioritized based on subsidiary type, utilization, impact, timely importance, use case, and equitable allocation.
