CRC: Equipment Loan Request

We’ve got a full range of A/V gear and more to help your club run a smooth event. Please fill out the request form below to get started.

Please submit the form at least 2 weeks in advance of your event date. Otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Equipment Rental Information

AFTER you have checked our inventory to see if we have the equipment you need, fill out this section of the form.

Please be thorough, include ALL dates you will need the equipment for. (Eg. Oct. 24, 25, 26)

Please be thorough, and INCLUDE set up and takedown times. (Eg. Oct. 24 – 5:30pm-8:30pm, Oct. 25 – 6pm-9pm)

Equipment requested(Required)

Please give us a detailed list of the equipment you need, the quantity you need, as well as the dates you need each piece. You are only allowed to rent 8 EQUIPMENT PER REQUEST. For example: 2 Wireless Microphones (September 3rd). 1 Projector (September 3rd-September 4th)

What time would you like to pickup the rentals(Required)

Please indicate a time between MONDAY to THURSDAY to pick up the equipment. You will have 15 minutes between your indicated time to pick up your rentals. Forms filled with times that don’t fall within our pickup hours WILL NOT BE HONORED. If you are unable to drop off the equipment at any of these times, please send another member from your club to pick it up.

What time would you like to dropoff your rentals?(Required)

Please indicate a time between MONDAY to THURSDAY to dropoff the equipment. You will have 15 minutes between your indicated time to pick up your rentals. Forms filled with times that don’t fall within our pickup hours WILL NOT BE HONORED. If you are unable to drop off the equipment at any of these times, please send another member from your club to drop it off.
