Academic Misconduct

Regulations 

If your case has been referred to the President’s Advisory Committee on Student Discipline (PACSD), review the UBC Calendar entry and PACSD rules

If you have received a decision from the President and are considering an appeal to the Senate, review the UBC Calendar entry and Senate rules for appeals on academic discipline.

Historical Data 

For cases heard by the PACSD, University Counsel produces an annual summary of previous decisions.  

For appeals of decisions from the President, the Senate produces an annual summary of previous decisions
