For new cases, please complete our intake form and an Advocacy staff member will contact you within a few business days.
Once you approach the front of the waitlist, you will receive an email from notifications@janeapp.com with instructions on booking an in-person or virtual appointment.
If you would benefit from any form of accommodation, please let us know as soon as possible. For hearings, we can also provide a professional interpreter at no cost.
You can prepare for your appointment by reviewing our resources page and writing a list of questions. You should also consider what your ideal outcome is and what type of support you are looking for.
Additional Guidelines
All available appointments are listed on our online booking site. If you are unable to find a time that works for you, please provide us with at least three options and we will do our best to accommodate. We are generally unable to offer appointments on weekends and university holidays.
If you are appearing before the President’s Committee or a Senate appeal committee, please contact us as soon as possible and at least ten business days before the hearing. If you would like an Advocacy staff member to attend the hearing, you must also inform the Committee in writing, generally by the same deadline as your submission.
We carefully review all intake forms daily and will prioritize new cases with the most immediate need, such as final exam issues; graduation, promotion, and withdrawal appeals; emergency housing requests; and misconduct proceedings.
