Anushka Gulani (she/her)

Academic Interests: I find research in psychology very exciting! I’m currently in the Honours program where I’m working on a project under a graduate student at the Centre for Gambling Research.

What motivated you to be a tutor? The opportunity to help students achieve their academic goals along with sharing my love for psychology with them!

What do you like to do in your free time? When I’m not studying, I enjoy reading, cooking new dishes and going on long walks!

Eliza Mahon (She/They)

Area of Study: International Economics

Academic Interests: Sustainable development/environmental economic policy, and a lot of my experience has been in the education field as well.

What motivated you to be a tutor? It’s a bit nerdy, actually! I love econ, math, and developing educational programming, so tutoring seemed like a good fit.

What do you like to do in your free time? I find it hard to sit still so I do a lot of activities like running, hiking, dance, and weightlifting. I also love creative writing, and I write for the Ubyssey whenever I can.

Academic Interests: Exploring the interconnectedness among Immunology, Neurobiology, and Molecular Physiology.

What motivated you to be a tutor? I have always been passionate about tutoring and have pursued it as a goal since I was a child. Helping my fellow students and strengthening my own understanding of concepts has been a rewarding experience for me.

What do you like to do in your free time? Working out, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Student clubs, and going out with my friends.
