Final Report Submission

In order for the applicant to receive the fund if approved, the applicant will have to provide us with:
  • A detailed final report including a final budget.
  • Copies of receipts, invoices etc.

Once all the documents below have been submitted you will receive your funding; If it’s the Clubs Benefit Fund, Constituency Aid Fund, Competitive Athletics Fund, or Campus Culture & Performance Fund, you will get money transferred into your Club account at AMS. If it’s the Student Initiative Fund we will write you a cheque once your final report has been submitted.

  • Include a the final budget laying out actual expenses and revenues. Please attach an excel document clearly indicating all expense and revenues. Please use the AMS approved template.
