Food Bank
Give what you can, take what you need. Together, we’ll make sure you never go hungry. If you need emergency food relief, visit the AMS Food Bank today.

Health & Dental Plan
Get it covered! From that dentist appointment you’ve been avoiding (white teeth matter guys) to those prescription glasses you need to actually read the textbooks you’re paying for, we offer comprehensive health and dental plans so the last thing you have to worry about is coverage.

Resource Groups
From skin colour and gender, to interests and social callings, we’re all different. We’re individual people but, when we unite, we can support, protect, and celebrate our differences and beliefs together.

Safewalk
You don’t have to walk alone. If you feel uncomfortable getting from point A to point B by yourself, give us a call—we’ll be there. Travel with a greater sense of security with Safewalk.

SASC
The AMS Sexual Assault Support Centre is here to educate, support, and empower people of all genders who have experienced sexual violence. Say what you need to say, or say nothing at all, we’re here for you.

Speakeasy
Let’s face it—university is hard, and it’s easy to start feeling out of control when things like stress, relationships, and pressure build and clash. We get it! But you can take charge and sort it out with the support of Speakeasy.

Tutoring
Are you a first or second-year student? If you are, we can make your transition to university easier. Take advantage of our drop-in tutoring sessions.

U-Pass
Yes, it’s mandatory, (sorry not sorry) but you’re in a beautiful place, so start using your U-Pass for more than going home on the weekend to do your laundry. Adventure is calling!

Vice
