Who can book
UBC students, staff, and faculty with CWL.
Booking window, length and frequency
Users can book up to 3 hours per day, up to 3 times per week, and up to 14 days in advance.
Buffers
No automatic padding. Bookings can be back to back until the time slot ends.
Wayfinding by side
Rooms beginning with 25 (2511, 2517, 2522, 2523) are on the West side of Level 2, directly above Blue Chip, closest to the plaza.
Rooms beginning with 23 (2305, 2307, 2308, 2312, 2313, 2315) are on the East side of Level 2, closest to MacInnes Field.
Confirmation and reminders
You receive a confirmation email with a floor map that highlights your room, plus a reminder 2 hours before start. The confirmation includes a link to a full resolution map for accessibility and wayfinding.
Access and etiquette
Rooms remain unlocked. Arrive at your start time. Vacate at the end. Reset furniture and take belongings. Booking privileges will be revoked for users that remove furniture from room.
